“Location is great and the apartment was well equipped and clean. We enjoyed our time, some relaxing and some exciting. We were able to walk to 5a Avenida where we found shops, dining, dancing, etc. The management team was great, making sure everything was in order. By the way, if you love to play tennis Mike and Lourdes will gladly jump into the court for friendly match play! I do recommend and will come back!”

The condo was quiet, very large, comfy beds and furniture, very clean, stocked with all the essentials, awesome pool area and perfect location. Tons of great restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Very highly recommend for anyone looking for a condo in Playa Del Carmen or surrounding area.”

“The place was great. 3 min to the beach, 5 min to the 5th Avenue and is also very close to the 38th street which is full of restaurants and options to eat morning, afternoon and night. Everything in the condo was clean and worked as advertised, there was central air which made a huge difference as keeps the house cooler without any issues. The patio was comfortable during the day but at night there were mosquitoes so take your repellent. We were traveling with my 2 year old and my mom. The condo has a direct path to the pool, the pool was shaded by palm trees which made it very comfortable to spend longer periods of time. The beach is a 3 min walk, there’s a beach club called El Encanto where you can reserve sun beds and get food and drinks, but if you don’t want to spend money you can also lay on the beach a huge plus was the fact that in the condo they had 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler and a beach blanket which made it very easy to just go lay for a couple of hours and come back. The place has security and its staffed so that was also good. If you rent a car the condo has one parking spot but there’s also plenty of space to park in the street. We would definitely recommend this place and we would come back in a heartbeat.”

“Such a lovely space with an authentic feel. The beds and the sofa were deliciously comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the location couldn’t have been better. At one point the a/c stopped working and the hosts had someone there to fix it within an hour. They checked in with us a couple times to make sure everything was okay and were always quick to respond to our questions.”
