At Playa Breeze we work hard to make your vacation as pleasant as possible but fortunately for us (and for you), Mother Nature did the hardest part of the work a long time ago by providing this beautiful coastline, fine white coral beaches, protective coral reefs, underground rivers and untouched tropical jungles all of which are yours to enjoy during your visit.

If all of the natural wonders don’t keep you busy enough there are also some more recent man made innovations which include but are certainly not limited to, Playa Del Carmen, 5th Avenue and of course Natz Ti Ha. When people say “They don’t make  ‘em like that anymore” they must have had a place like Natz Ti Ha in mind.  A wonderful mixture of Mexican and Mediterranean influences produce a truly one of a kind vacation property in Playa Del Carmen.  The unique architecture of Natz Ti Ha combined with a beautifully landscaped common area filled with coconut, banana and palm trees, gently running streams and a picturesque swimming pool is not duplicated anywhere else in Playa.  With full time gardeners, 24 hour security, onsite property management and “Chaparro” the wonder dog (we all wonder how he got here), you will be in good hands and paws.

Just a few dozen steps from Natz Ti Ha is Playa’s Coco Beach where numerous opportunities await you including beach lounging, snorkeling, parasailing, people watching, kiteboarding, volleyball, beach clubs, massage treatments and even restaurants all within a 5 to 10 minute walk in either direction.  Fishing charters and dive trips are also available by just walking out to the beach.  Of course one of the best things of all to do is just relax on the beach in your own chair and with your own cooler filled with your favorite drinks and snacks and just watch the scenery.

Depending on the time of your visit you may enjoy the Riviera Maya Jazz Festival, World Kiteboard Competition, FTV Beach Fashion Shows, The Latin American Music Awards, DJ Fest, The Little World Beach Football Tournament or even the BPM music Festival which takes place the first 10 days of January.  All of these events and many more take place at the Mamita’s and Kool beach clubs just a 10 minute walk along the beach from Natz Ti Ha. The Taste Of Playa and a variety of other culinary events also take place throughout the year all around town.

It was recently said that Playa has over 800 restaurants.  I don’t know if that’s true or not but there is a restaurant here for everyone. French, Mayan , Italian, Brazilian, Greek, Mexican, American, Italian, German, Spanish, Argentinean, did I mention Italian, Thai, Uruguayan, Swedish and Italian.  Enjoy fine dining on the beach or eat alongside the locals at the food carts that seem to be on every corner.  Don’t be afraid to stray away from 5th Avenue; some of the best dining adventures of all take place just a few blocks off the beaten path.  You can also cook in your own condo because the kitchens at Natz Ti Ha were not an afterthought.  You will find everything you need in your condo to prepare great meals from locally purchased items ranging from fresh seafood and meats to some of the freshest fruits and vegetables you will find anywhere.

If your vacation horizon extends further than just Playa, you can visit various Mayan ruins including Tulum, Coba, Chichen Itza and Ek Balam. The islands of Cozumel, Isla Mujeres and Isla Holbox are all nearby, each offering different and unique perspectives.  In addition you will find an abundance of ecological parks, adventure parks and tours and a great selection of golf courses. If you have the energy you could have breakfast in Playa, visit the ruins of Tulum, snorkel in Half Moon Bay in Akumal, enjoy lunch and swim with the dolphins in Puerto Aventuras , play a round of golf back in Playa, have dinner on 5th Avenue and take in a current movie in English at one of Playa’s new and modern cinemas.  No, I don’t know anyone who has done all of this in one day but you could be the first. 

All in all there is far more to do than can be accomplished in a single vacation or even ten vacations.  Of course one of the best vacations of all is to plan nothing at all and let each day lead where it may.
